The final price of the packaging will be the recommended retail price less any agreed discount, not including taxes or other costs. If you fail to make payment by the due date, GetPrintedBox.com has the right to request payment in advance of delivery of any boxes not yet delivered, or to refuse to make delivery of the packaging boxes.
Refund Policy
Unless both of us (customer and GetPrintedBox.com) come to an agreement in writing, the goods will be delivered around the date that we indicated to you. Changes may be allowed if we decide, and all transactions are final. If you want to request a return after ordering from us and we allow it through PayPal or other buying platforms, you won’t be able to get a refund. When communicating with us, including phone, email, or chat, we have the right to show, promote, and share any product reviews, photos or videos, as well as any data we obtained from the finished project. All forms sent in our website or other forms of communication give us permission to contact you and show or advertise any product data. All communication with us is viewed as acceptance of the terms of service, and there will not be any mandatory money back refunds except if we explicitly agree. If you do request a full refund, you will still receive the refund however any costs previously allotted for the project will be taken out.
Limitation of Liability
We won't be responsible for any additional costs or losses you may incur that go beyond what's detailed in the contract. If there's any copyright violation or other legal dues pushed against the GetPrintedBox.com, we'll pay the other party $100 if they wind up winning in arbitration. If legal action is taken against the GetPrintedBox.com, you'll have to bear the cost and any fees they may accrue, regardless of the conclusion of the case. According to the Terms & Conditions, GetPrintedBox.com won't be held responsible for any death or injury resulting from themselves or their staff or agents' negligence.

Sales Tax Policy
If you're ordering from Texas, you'll need to pay sales tax unless you provide us with a valid tax exemption certificate. Just give it to us when you place your order and you won't have to pay the sales tax.
Artwork & Files
We want to make sure your artwork and files turn out perfectly, so it's important that you submit them in the correct format - CMYK format with at least three hundred dots per inch resolution in the final size. Otherwise, you might not be happy with the outcome - you could get distorted colors or pixilation. You need to make sure the material is aligned and oriented correctly too, and that you have the right to use it. We'll do all we can to make sure it stays safe, but we can't accept any responsibility for damage. If we think your order is illegal or violating someone else's rights, we may not be able to accept it. We may also refuse your order if the content is offensive or inappropriate.
The Absence of Responsibility for Mistakes
We can't be held responsible if something is wrong with the final product because of mistyping, typos, wrong fonts, wrong spacing, bad punctuation, over printing issues, die line issues like cracks in the folds, too much or too little color, and wrong size.
Production and Shipping
At GetPrintedBox.com, we understand how important it is to you to have the highest quality printing and production speed in the shortest amount of time. We give you the option to choose the speed of production, and we have two production facilities located in Texas and Asia. We want to do our best to ensure your order is produced and delivered quickly, although we are not responsible for any delays. We ask that you make sure to approve any proof before 11 am CST and pay for any charges and costs for the goods to be shipped. We can provide ground shipping within the US. Please note that any incorrect delivery details can incur handling and shipping fees for any orders that need to be re-shipped. Furthermore, we don't guarantee transit or delivery times and aren't liable for any losses incurred during the shipping or delivery process.
