How This Structure Works
An auto-bottom base pairs with an integrated lid that folds open to act as a display header. The pre-glued bottom means the collapsed blank springs into a squared box as it is opened, so no manual flap sequence is needed before filling. The display lid hinges at the rear and can stand upright to carry branding above the products while the well stays open for browsing. This geometry can suit retail floors where speed of setup and a visible message both matter, letting one blank serve as shipping carton and point-of-sale display without additional fixtures.

Assembly & Construction
Bottom panels are glued during converting so the flattened carton auto-erects into a locked base the moment it is opened, cutting hand-folding at fill. The lid is scored to fold over the mouth for transit or to fold rearward and stand as a display panel. Because the base is pre-formed, operators mainly open, load, and set the lid, which can keep a manual or automated line moving with fewer touch points per unit.
Materials & Board Options
Lighter paperboard can suit compact display versions where fold quality and print clarity lead, while larger footprints or heavier fills may point to a heavier caliper or a light corrugated build for added stiffness. Board choice, coating, and any flute typically follow from the exact size, contents weight, print coverage, filling method, and the distribution path, so a physical proof is usually the deciding reference.
