How This Structure Works
A fence partition is an interlocking divider that slots together into a grid of cells, seating bottles, jars, or similar items so they cannot knock together in transit. The crisscrossing strips assemble without glue, forming compartments sized to the product. Dropping each item into its own cell keeps units upright and separated, which can reduce contact damage when the outer box is handled. Because the partition folds or slots flat before assembly, it ships compactly and builds up quickly on the line. Assembly & Construction
Slotted strips interlock at right angles so notches on each piece slide together into a grid of cells that stands on its own inside the outer box. No adhesive is needed, since the slots hold the lattice square. Packers assemble the fence, drop it into the carton, and seat one item per cell, so the divider forms quickly and keeps each unit in its own compartment through handling.
