Assembly & Construction
The blank folds so the side walls roll in on themselves to build thickness, then the front panel tucks into the base while side wings lock the lid, closing the box without adhesive. Assemblers fold the walls, seat the base, load the box, and tuck the lid, so the mailer sets up by folding alone. The roll-end structure gives firm walls and a secure closure that reopens cleanly for the customer.
